We are delighted to announce that Key Tech is now a 100% employee-owned company accomplished through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This comes on the heels of a landmark year in 2018, where we celebrated 20 years in business and had our best year ever.

The move to 100% employee ownership is in keeping with our commitment to our strongest asset – our people. Transitioning the firm’s financial future to our employees underscores our philosophy that everyone here should act and think like owners. And now we are ensuring that everyone responsible for our success will directly benefit from it.

Key Tech’s people-first business strategy has served the company well since our founding in 1998. It has always been our plan for our employees to own the company and our aim to remain independent and privately held.
