Andrew is the former President and founder of Full Spectrum Software, a MedTech software development consulting company in New England. In addition to his executive roles, Andrew contributed to product design and development and helped establish software development lifecycle practices in the MedTech space for over 20 years.

Keith is a former Senior Vice President of R&D for BD Medical in New Jersey. Keith brings a global MedTech business perspective and digital health expertise to Key Tech.

Brian is founder of Key Tech and the former VP of Strategic Development. He was responsible for company growth and strategic direction, as well as the pipeline of new medical products being developed within Key Tech.

Tracy is the CEO of Materna Medical, a women’s health startup in California. Tracy was formerly an executive at Ximedica and she brings operational, sales, and marketing expertise to Key Tech.

Jenny is a founder and the former CEO of Key Tech from 1998-2022. She has consulted to clients in the medical, industrial, and energy industries for nearly 40 years, and her work has contributed to the advancement of precision diagnostic instruments, fluid flow measurement, and control systems.
