Generating Product
Product requirements lay the groundwork for successfully navigating early product prototypes and regulatory approval. Without collecting the right data early, you’ll find yourself backtracking to meet regulatory requirements. It’s vital to begin with the end in mind.
Ask yourself these two questions before generating requirements:
1. What data will you need at each stage of development?
2. How can you collect that data as early as possible?
Product Requirements Phases
There are three phases to consider when generating product requirements.
- Planning
- Concept Exploration
- Feasibility
