20 Apr Give Me Some Satisfaction
In a recent survey conducted by Legacy MedSearch, employee satisfaction rates were low and varied widely depending on the size of the company. The paid survey questioned professionals in the medical device industry through the business networking site LinkedIn. We expected to see results showing employee satisfaction ebbing in 2009-2010, but it’s really low. Employees working for small companies like Key Tech showed the highest rate of employee satisfaction at 21%. Employees working at large companies reported only 8% satisfaction with a strong 31% keeping their options open for new positions in 2010. We’ve already seen quite a bit of movement among employees at our client and partner companies this year. If you’re thinking of making a change this year, send us your new contact information – we’ll be here.
