Electrical hardware design requires a range of skills :
- Working with clients to define product requirements
- Component selection and schematic design
- Layout of Printed Circuit Boards
- Simulating, testing, and debugging prototypes
An applicant’s background should include:
- Experience in analog and digital design
- Experience working with signal processing
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Firmware/ Software Design at Key Tech
Embedded systems design work is multifaceted:
- Working with clients to define product requirements
- Designing software and communication architectures
- Researching and selecting components
- Coding for embedded systems
- Simulating, testing, and troubleshooting
An applicant’s background should include:
- Experience in microcontrollers, SBCs, FPGAs/ CPLDs and RTOSes
- Experience working with C, C++, Assembly
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop

- CAD modeling (Solidworks preferred)
